• We will explore the places within us where there can be a profound sense of grief and loss arising; isolation, possible regrets and more. 

 

• During this workshop we will explore tangible ways of how we truly can love without responsibility – and without the need for our love to land. 

 

• We will inquire within about how we can hold on to those that we love loosely, knowing that they are completely whole exactly as they are.
