As we begin a new cycle, all of us have experienced, or are currently experiencing, loss and grief in some way or another. In this workshop we will have 6 hours together in mutuality to have our loss and grief be witnessed “to be Seen” by self and others giving ourselves and other love and compassion. Discovering and deepening into where it lives in our bodies. To feel what it brings to our hearts and perhaps to find an opening to hear and feel it’s message.
This workshop is designed to be a safe, intimate space to take the next step and feel even more courageously into the depths of what is happening all around us and within us during these unprecedented times.
We will explore the places within us where there can be a profound sense of grief and loss arising; isolation, possible regrets and more.
During this workshop we will explore tangible ways of how we truly can love without responsibility – and without the need for our love to land.
We will inquire within about how we can hold on to those that we love loosely, knowing that they are completely whole exactly as they are.
If you experience grief and loss or would love to explore these often uncomfortable and overwhelming feelings in a safe, nurturing, heart-centered space, please join me!
So looking forward to being together.
